1. Free Shipping (Orders over $250)!

At bbqsandFireplaces.com, all orders over $250 are shipped free to your local truck terminal or business in the continental US (lower 48 states only - excludes AK, HI, and Canada). Sales tax maybe required by your state and collected by PayPal as necessary. Additional fee applies to your order if you chose residential delivery or driveway lift gate services. If you should find a lower price from a legitimate competitor on an identical item we stock (including shipping, tax, etc), even if it's an "advertised special," we will meet or beat the competitor's price. It must be a published internet price on their website. To receive your discount, please contact us at prior to ordering via customer service. You must provide a direct link to the item on the competitor's website as well as your complete shipping address for a price match amount.

This standout excludes closeouts, liquidations, store specific coupons or rebates, and clearance items. bbqsandfireplaces.com will not price match orders placed previously or already received. We do not match local stores or ads, local pick-ups, auction sites (e.g. ebay), or wholesale club prices in which there is a fee to join, such as BJ's Wholesale, Costco Wholesale, & Sam's Club Wholesale. The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate shipping to qualify. We must be able to calculate their total with shipping and sales tax on their website - we will not call them for special quotes on items or freight and will not price match to an email quote. If their total price with shipping and sales tax is lower than our total price, we will gladly beat it by 10% of the difference in price!

6. 30 Day Money-Back Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping & handling fees. RMA numbers must be received prior to returning merchandise, or may not be accepted by receiving department. Item should be returned in new condition in original packaging. All returned items to be shipped freight prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on current or actual sales price, whichever is lower. All returned goods after 30 days are credited toward future purchases.

7. Cancelled Order Charges

Once a order is placed please be aware there is a 3% order cancellation fee which is charged by PayPal for processing fee. In the event of a cancelled order a refund can be issued less this fee. Please contact customer service for further information.

Our goal is to process and ship all customer orders as soon as possible. Please note our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific time.
